Design & Budget
Evaluate design concepts, materials and systems, taking into consideration construction methods, cost, schedule, quality, performance and environmental sustainability
Provide you with a construction cost estimate (HYPERLINK TO ESTIMATE TEXT UNDER PROCESS)
Provide you with a detailed project schedule
With the assistance of a designer, work with you to select your materials, design schemes and interior finishing;
Coordinate completion of architectural drawings
Permits
Engineering review and documentation
Communication and application with regulatory bodies (municipal, heritage, etc)
Committee of Adjustment (if necessary)
Construction
We will be available to answer any questions and address any issues that you may have during the construction and until the final inspection has been signed off.
We will manage and coordinate the activities and schedules of all tradesmen, laborers, craftsmen, architects, engineers, technicians, interior decorators, mechanical contractors, neighbouring home owners, city officials, electrical authority officials, utility contractors and regional service providers. We will coordinate all applicable inspections including your final occupancy permit.

Inspect all work for defects and deficiencies, and undertake corrective measures
